A: Yes, we train all year round even if raining however there is the odd occasion where the weather can be extreme or there is lighting at which point we will cancel a session.

A: It is a requirement that you complete an ‘Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System (APSS)’ form, sign and return to us before commencing our training for the first time.

A: Our standard Terms & Conditions are available on our website and also on the online Direct Debit page. 

A: There is no joining fee but there is a cost of $2.20 in setting up the online Direct Debit for all new clients.  This is a one off fee and is added to your initial Direct Debit.

A: Yes. We require 14 days written notice to suspend your Direct Debit.

A: The minimum joining period is just 4 weeks.

A: We simply require 30 days written notice to cancel your Direct Debit.
