HIIT Fitness Sessions
We train all year round and are lucky to be able to train on one of the best beaches in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Coogee Beach is an ideal size beach and is relatively protected on the sand and in the water for these types of training sessions.
Our beach training sessions include full body HIIT workouts focusing on cardio endurance, muscle strength and power along with core strengthening and conditioning. As part of these sessions, we also include soft sand running and surf swimming.
So why not give it a try? We offer 1 free week to try any of our HIIT sessions or Pilates classes so you can try first and then decide if this is right for you.

Our Group Beach Training membership includes all 3 sessions listed in the table above plus any of the Pilates classes of your choosing. Entry fee to Wylie’s Baths also included.
Weekly costs are $49.00 per week paid by direct debit or $44.00 per week for Active Coogee Surf Club Members.

If you are unable to attend the full weekly program of classes, then why not purchase a 10 Class Pass at a discounted rate of $200. These passes can be used at any of our sessions including Pilates.
