Finding The Fun Side Of Fitness

It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the fun side of fitness and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness and group training in particular are incredible.

Over the past 5 years, I have developed totally unique group training sessions that include full body HIIT circuits, cardio endurance, muscle strength & power sessions for all levels and abilities.  In addition to these group sessions, we include a core strength and flexibility Pilates class each week that are run on different days and times.

From CEO to Fitness Coach, PT & Development Coach – having sold a global IT company in early 2019 that I founded over 21 years ago, it was time for a change and to do something that I love. 

Pilates is a system of exercises aimed at strengthening the mind and body. I feel so lucky to be able to share my passion for Pilates with others through my classes and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
