Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefit of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program for the beach.

Full body HIIT workouts, soft sand running & surf swimming on Coogee Beach. Focus is on cardio endurance, muscle power & strength along with core strengthening and conditioning.
No matter what your goals are we can develop a completely tailored program for your needs. 1-on-1 sessions are still allowed in any outdoor park under Randwick City Council zones.
Pilates is a system of exercises aimed at strengthening the mind and body. In our live streaming classes, you will learn to use your core to support all movement, improve flexibility, posture and alignment to achieve body symmetry.
Improve your strength and stroke technique or train for ocean swims that run throughout the season – I can help you to achieve results.
Improve your riding skills and fitness or train for an upcoming event, I can design a program to suit.
